Triple-Wash multi-stage immersion washer

Food grade stainless steel immersion washer / leafy vegetable washer,
with a full-length belt running througha three-dip wash water tank,
with overhead sprays and recirculation pumps.

FEATURES:
12 foot long by 4 foot wide product conveyor belt runs through all three sections.
Manufacturer rated for 3,000 lbs of loose-leaf lettuce per hour.
(2) stainless steel recirculation pumps.
(2) static water reclaim screens to filter out stems, seeds and other fines from the recirulating wash water.
Overhead sprays along full length.
First wash section has it's own overhead spray section, pump and water recovery screen, sections two and three share a common pump overhead sprays, and hydrasive screen.
Tapered discharge chute sized to drop into a "Brute" spin dryer basket.
