Used Spiral freezer: brand W.D. Systems LTD type 11925-00GA-004.
This double drum/twin spiral freezer has only been in operation
for 1/2 year and is really still in new condition.
The spiral freezer has a production capacity of approx. 2,000 kg/h
based on bakery products.

Stainless steel control cabinet with Siemens 1200 series PLC and comfort display with graphic displays.
Original books/manuals with pressure certificates for the evaporators, drawings of the spiral freezer, housing and floor.
Load product approx. 4 kg/m
Belt speed adjustable from 8M/min to 3.5M/min. Inside/outside diameter belt/drum 2764/4390mm stainless steel floor with anti-slip
This spiral freezer will be delivered without panels/housing (if desired, this can be also arranged by Comron International BV).

The spiral freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects.
The gearboxes will be supplied with new oil, the evaporator blocks will be tested on nitrogen pressure and the spiral
freezer will be delivered with a 3 months guarantee on the main components.
