Heavy-duty structure in welded and stress-released steel, dimensioned according to machine-configuration and length.
Fixed left Hand side – Right hand side movable along double ground steel guides, with automatic lubrication.

Positioning control also possible with remote control board.
Safety relay to prevent start of the movable side while
chain-track is running and to prevent the track from running
while the movable side is being positioned.
The joining pins, in hardened-steel,16-mm diameter, run on dust sealed- and life lubricated bearings .
Pop up dogs at every 400 mm distance
Chain-track covering pads are made in high resistance vulcanized rubber on steel plates.
The steel support plate is 2mm thick and is attached to the top of the chain-link by 4 screws.
The balanced transmission shaft (diameter 80-mm) has a large-size positive keyway and driving sprocket
The sprockets are hardened in the contact points.
Top pressure beams have a single powered V-belt with clutch.
Infeeding and outfeed steel covers for chain protection.

The columns which hold the working units and saddle/slide supports
are made in solid cast-iron with precision ground dovetail guides.
Centralized lubrication system for all sliding surfaces of the saddle-slide.
Electrical cabinet supplied with standard 3 m connecting cables.
Emergency stop cable at back, thickness safety on top
Pressure beams and stop press button on control cabinet.
