Bonder (s/n 12723), which is currently set up with the Wedge Bond Head with 90° Feed Deep Access Clamps, making it a 7600B (the machine displays "7400B Version 1.00" on power up, but also shows it is set up for 90° Feed).
We do not currently have the 45° head/clamps for it.
It comes with a Nikon SMZ-2B Microscope with 15X Eyepieces, as shown.
It comes with a heated workholder and digital temperature controller, although the ones shown may not be the exact ones you receive.
