Unnico Pasteurization and Homogenizing System

Last used in the production of puddings and mousse,
system consists of approximately 150 gallon self-contained electric
dual action jacketed mix vessel and dual stage homogenizer
with a flow rate of approximately 125 gallons per hour.
This skid mounted system has control panel with digital readout,
motorized centrifugal pump, inline filter, and stainless steel base.
Vessel has off-center high speed homogenizing mixer,
off-center dual paddle mixer, spray ball,
bottom discharge with valve and electric heating.
