The Trittico Bravo 305 premium allows,
with a single machine, to pasteurize,
stir up and produce GELATO and SORBETTO.

A single machine in very little space allows you
to complete the entire ice cream processing cycle.

Its narrow and long cylinder offers
more gelling surface so as to improve
the machining of the mixture
and improve the performance of the machine.

A machine combined with 20/30 litre hourly production,
up to 5 liters of mixture produced per cycle
