The enormous flexibility of the Bravo EXECUTIVE Trittico can produce:
Ice cream, sorbet, semifreddi, creamy pastry,
chocolate, fruit jelly, meringue,
sauces and jams, butter cream, panna cotta,
mousse, cooking sauces, zabaione.
A machine combined with 20/30 litre hourly production,
up to 5 liters of mixture produced per cycle
