Used Spiral Freezer: Frigoscandia/JBT GYRoCOMPACT type M10/3+1-08-30-27+9-NW-CR-SD. This in super good condition spiral freezer (maintained by Frigoscanida/JBT through a maintenance contract, 37000 operating hours) has been designed for a production capacity of approx. 3.000 kg/h based on freezing dough products from an infeed temperature of +25°C to a core temperature of -18°C. With this spiral freezer, it is possible to reach a freezing capacity of 4.000kg/h of products depending on the product data by using the 4th additional cooler that usually is in stand by (sequence defrost) for extra cooling capacity (520kW). Specifications of this used spiral freezer:

Spiral freezer will be delivered without panels/housing and isolated floor (if desired, this can be also arranged by Comron International BV).
The spiral freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects. The gearboxes will be supplied with new oil, the evaporator blocks will be tested on nitrogen pressure and the spiral freezer will be delivered with a 3 months guarantee on the main components.
