This smoker is crafted entirely from sturdy stainless steel,

The SP-700 comes standard with (6) 3-tier rack hangers
that hold a maximum of (18) 12" x 48" chrome plated product racks with 3 1/2" spacing.
Other configurations include (4) 3-tier rack hangers that hold
a maximum of (12) 18" x 48" chrome plated product racks
with 3 1/2" spacing.
Additionally, a digital thermostat allows you to adjust
the cooking temperature within a range of 140-325 degrees Fahrenheit.
