Carton type: American folding box. Operates fully automatically
and all principal movements are mechanically driven.
Used for 250gr bricks of foil 100 x 75 x 35 mm packed / and wrapped.
Maximum box dimensions 330 x 220 x 230 cm.
Current dimensions of the box/plano: 300 x 200 mm.
Layout of the box 4x2x2 layers = 16 packs of 250 gram per carton =
4kg / carton. Capacity = max. 15 cartons per min.
= max. 240 packages per min. Equipped with 3 Glue points.
Controls Siemens S5 PLC. Has been running together
with Benhil 8362 foil packing and wrapping machine (STN15200).
Total machine dimensions: 415 x 160 x 200 cm.
Excluded hot melt unit, 3 hoses.
