Pink SIN 100 Multi Drive Sinterpresse

The SIN 100 Multi Drive is a sintering press for
the simultaneous production of up to
4 system sinterings between one heat sink and
three molded power modules.

The system includes a loading control,
an induction-controlled preheating module for the heat sink,
the sintering module with individually controlled and
tempered lower punches (Multi Drive) and
the corresponding upper punches (indirectly tempered),
a water-flooded cooling module consisting of
a base plate and hold-downs,
and a recirculation channel designed to
cool the heat exchanger.

The system sintering of the SIN 100 Multi Drive is carried out in
a normal atmosphere and without a vacuum.
