Petzholdt PVW-1000 Rotary Conche

The machine is suitable for processing low fat
and high fat chocolate masses in two steps.
In the first step the dry conching and the following liquefaction are carried out.
In the second step a de-humidifaction and de-acidifying
of the mass coming from the refiner takes place.
The mass is conveyed centrally up and spinned radially
to the tank wall (spin tray) by use of a central hollow shaft
for the mixing components.
