Industrial production of double sheet ravioli

The “double sheet” ravioli forming machine is
equipped with a press loading which allows continuous
and regular feeding of the filling.
All components are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The parts in contact with the product
are completely removable to allow thorough cleaning.

The mold is interchangeable and the ravioli
can be cut individually or in groups.
The thickness of the pastry is mechanically adjustable.
As an option, the machine can be equipped
with a scrap cutter and a belt for recovering scraps.
The ravioli machine was designed
and built in compliance with EC regulations.
