Machine for the production of rolled bread.
The machine is regulated by a conveyor belt
for the introduction of the two cylinders,
which provide for the rolling of the dough,
and by a pair of conveyors with different
and opposite speeds that regulate the rotation of
the rolled dough on itself,
giving the product the typical rolling effect.
The thickness of the rolling and the distance
between the winding conveyors are independently
adjustable .
