The head travels on THK linear motion guides on all axes; "S/C Tech" double rack & pinion drive in "X" axis, precision ball screw drive in "Y" & "Z" axis;
positioning speed in "X" & "Y" axis is 96 MPM (315 FPM), "Z" axis is 25 MPM (82 FPM).
Boring unit with: (7) Independent vertical spindles, 2.7 kW (3.6 HP) motor, programmable variable speed from 1,500 - 7,500 RPM.

Equipped with:
(1) 12 HP (9 kW) High speed constant duty
Variable speed electro-spindle router with HSK F 63 adaptor
Programmable from 1,250 - 24,000 RPM, RH or LH rotation.
(8) ATC positions rack located at the RH end of machine.
PC Front-End with Weeke "Power Control PC 85T" +
WINDOWS XP + WoodWOP 5.0 operating system; 17" TFT color graphic monitor, keyboard for data entry, PC 85T hand control pendant
CD R/W & 1.44MB floppy drives, EtherNET interface for LAN connection to office PC, RS-232 serial interface, USB ports.
The controller is contained in a separate free-standing, "air conditioned", dust free control cabinet
which can be placed at either the LH or RH side of the machine.
WoodWOP 5.0 allows the operator to program the machine off- line
with the same intuitive icon driven software that the operator has on the machine controller.

Equipped with:
User Friendly "S/C Tech" MATRIX grooved phenolic vacuum table with 2-zones & (11) pop-up locator stop pins;
the MATRIX table can accommodate mask, rubber gaskets, vacuum pods, spoil boards.
