The machine has 17 plates, each with dimensions of 1930 x 1220 mm and a thickness of 25 mm.
There are 16 freezing stations in total.
The rated opening of the machine ranges from 25 to 40 mm.
During the freezing process, the pressure on the product is 0.4 bar.
All materials used in the machine are non-corrosive.
