4-door widezer 600 x 800.
This is a used 4-door pastry-package-conservator
with a 600 x 800 mm pastry-format.
It is equipped with a deep-freezing door (-35oC)
and three freezing doors (-18oC).
This equipment comes from the Hengel range,
a manufacturer specialising in refrigeration equipment
for bakery professionals.
It is reliable and ergonomic,
thanks to its indirect air blowing system
that prevents drying and frost formation on products,
a technology that reduces de-icing times
and easy-to-use Hengel BI-tronic control control.
This control comprises a touch-sensitive membrane keyboard
and a self-managed temperature probe
which stops the deep-freezing cycle once the .
setpoint temperatur e is reached.

Each freezing door may contain up to 10 levels of
stainless steel shelves, while the spillage door
may contain 7 such levels. The shelves have a format
of 400x600 mm and can be inserted by the 400 mm.
The levels are spaced 75 mm apart,
with the possibility of setting them every 15 mm
for a customized organization of the storage space.
