Aseptic Liquid Vial Filling, Stoppering and Crimp Capping System
this system fills vials, applies a stopper,
and applies and closes a metal cap. Filling volume range: 0.1 to 250ml.
Accuracy: ±0.5%. Capacity: up to 4500 per hour.
Comes with change parts for 2ml, 5ml and 20ml vials.
Equipped with a Laminar Flow Hood for aseptic filling.
Machine is constructed of stainless steel and comes
with plexiglass safety guarding/doors, stainless steel base,
Flexicon control panel with touchpad operating system,
2 x Flexicon peristaltic pumps and gas purging system.
Electrics: 3/60/240 volts. Last used in a large pharmaceutical facility.
