Serac GAIA, Complete line for filling and closing vials

Complete line for filling and closing drinkable vials containing liquids
and powder, suitable for both liquids and powders ('Vitasprint B12').
It comprises two connected filling machines as follows:

1) GAIA R1V1/520, Liquid filling machine, with infeed turntable
for vials with a diameter of 800 mm, with Flexicon (Watson Marlow)
peristaltic filling pump (with 3 filling heads, filling range 0.2 ml to 250 ml)
and with 2 capping stations, including vibrating feed hoppers
for the caps and cap inserters. The cap currently used is a hollow model cap,
into which the powder is dosed in the following machine,
and pushed through the cap into the liquid with a pusher.

2) GAIA RP1E1E1/520, Powder filling and capping machine,
with ENFLEX DS-80 auger doser, hopper and small plunger feeder inserter
(for pressing the dosed powder into the liquid), and cap hopper,
feeder and cap pressure plug.

Including 16 station star conveyors, for vials with a diameter of
approx. 21.3 mm and a height of approx. 37.4 mm,
with OMRON servo controls. Line dimensions approx. 6148 x 1362 mm.
