Davis standard model MV35IN35
3.5” 24:1 L/D extruder having a four (4) zone electrically heated,
air cooled, and non-vented barrel at a 42” centerline height.
Gearbox has a 17.39:1 reduction ratio and is rated at 257 HP at a service factor of 1.25.
Gearbox is belt driven by a 100 HP heavy duty A/C motor with inverter.
Extruder presently set up for a maximum screw speed of 100 RPM.
integral temperature control panel has ten (10) zones of Davis Standard controllers consisting of four (4) barrel,
one (1) screen changer and four (4) die zones.
Water cooled feed throat with a 4” x 6” entrance.
Barrel is missing one heater band

Mounted on the extruder discharge is an Xaloy model EHC-35 screen changer having two nominal 3.5” diameter breaker plates.

Two (2) incomplete Xaloy melt pumps with 7.5 HP A/C motors and inverters.
Missing one (1) motor and one (1) gearbox. Includes free standing control panel

Two (2) used Davis Standard model HPE-125A 1.25” pedestal extruders having electrically heated, air-cooled barrels.
Units are height and angle adjustable.
Gearbox is a SEW Eurodrive having a 15.19:1 reduction ratio.
Each gearbox is direct driven by a Marathon Blue Max 2 HP heavy duty motor.
Each extruder has a gravity feed hopper with Conair hopper loader
