Double-end tenoner for the transverse processing of parquet with automatic entry transfer, complete with gripper loader and pneumatic alignment.
Fixed machine side on the left, movable machine side on the right.

widths between 100 - 400 mm
thicknesses between 8 - 30 mm

The opening and closing of the moving side is done with the help of a high-precision screw and precision guides controlled by an electric motor.
Feed unit with a speed of 4-24 m/min.
The feed shaft Ø80 mm is equipped with a polished feather key.
The lower tracks are precision machined and polished steel links connected by intermediate links on maintenance-free roller bearings.
The movement of the chain feed is made by the rotation of the bearings and sliding on self-lubricating guides made of low-friction material.
Upper rails, supplemented by a roller spring system and a 40 mm wide conveyor belt.
Pneumatic system for adjusting the roller pressure on the belt for the main work areas.
