Model: Haferboy Minor S, 2 rollers, 400 V (3 phases) with feet and hopper
Rate: 400 kg in 30 minutes (from 25 kg bags).
2- Brewing room:
A- Mashing and boiling tank:
• Capacity 20 hl useful
• Maximum malt used in the brewery: 500 kg / 20 hl brew
• Direct heating: infusion or decoction
Programmable AEM burner heater: GR9 PHP at 120 ° with pilot and ignition and detection by electrode.
Power supply: city gas / 300 mb
Cabinet connection: 220 V
Connected to a PT100 temperature probe directly immersed in the mashing tank.
CE standards / Security system / Electrical plans provided.
• Possibility of heating by a shell circuit (We have been using superheated water since 2018, 5 bars, 110 ° C).
• Stirrer in vat on variator / possibility to vary the stirring speed of the maiche or the must.

B- Filter tank
• Capacity 20 hl useful
• Filter elements: Trislot / 5 parts.
• Surface: 1.77 m²
• Pickaxe with Z or T (or Z and T) / fixed speed: 2 revolutions / minute.
• Arrival of the maiche on the spark gap for good distribution over the entire filter.
• Filter outlet with adjustable valve and pump on variator.

3- Hot Water / Cold Water:
• Cold water tank and hot water tank: capacity 60 hl each
• Cold water tank with stage pump
• Hot water tank with centrifugal pump
• Hot and cold water tank are insulated
• The hot water tank does not heat the water (it just collects the cooling water T = 50 to 70 ° C).
• The cold water tank is a buffer tank, launching, it is equipped with a level probe and a solenoid valve. When the tank is full, the solenoid valve closes and an alarm indicates to the operator that the tank is full.
