Baader 208, Fish filleting machine

Tiis is a machine for processing small gutted
and headed hake, small haddock, saithe,
cod and whiting.
The cuts of the spring-loaded circular knives
being controlled by the fish itself,
machine produces single fillets with skin of
high quality and with best yield.
The BAADER 208 is easy to maintain and to operate.
All functional areas are very well accessible.
The machine is of robust construction
and consists mainly of stainless materials so
that it has a long service life also when used at sea.
