Q&A corner - questions and answers from members

Q: How is the Murata Rewinding Machine7-2 measurement system working in your machine?
A: Lenght Measurement is not sensitive but can be used for weft rewinding. Can be run with hand knotter

Q: What is the range of the hank diameter of your Fadis Electronic Hank-to-cone winder TUAN/E 500?
I know the machine comes in sections of 5. We have only 15 heads today and can probably only fit in 15 to 20 head in the space we have, but if we can put the last 5 heads in angle it will work and good for our capacity. I only worry about the control unit. I guess we can make the cables longer. Maybe you have an idea?

A: The Fadis Hank-to-cone winder has a reel with an adjustable circumference from 1100 to 1650 mm
The machine has 5 heads modules, you can install the machine at an angle e.g. 15 + 10 heads or 30 + 5 heads etc etc. simply extend the power cables and install an extra module support leg.

Q: I need a machine to assemble yarns for fish nets. What model do you recommand?
A : One of our customer was using a Lezzeni BRD Assembly twister 80 spindles (40x2), 4/6 endslateral creel, gauge 240 mm., ring diam. 165 mm to produce yarn for fishnets.
He is producing from 470 denier to 7000 deniers.

Q: How is the lubrification system of the ring on a Lezzeni assembly twister? Is it automatic pumping?
A : Lezzeni machines don't use pumps. They have automatic centralized lubrification system by means of capillary distribution.

Q: Regarding your used Ssm Winders PW1-F 60 positions, Precicontrol from 2001, you mention it has been refurbushed in 2015. What kind of job has been done on the winder?
A : All the plates of the guide have been modified o our SSM PW1-F 60. Since the sliding shoe usually cuts them, we have restored the seats by placing a tempered steel plate to make them eternal. In 2021 all the ceramics of the new grids were placed and the chromed curls of the balloon were replaced.

Q: I need a used Schlafhorst Autoconer 338 K from 2001 with aqua splice, also symmetrical cylindrical drums because I need to make cylindrical dyed reels. It it is what is written in your description but on the photos we see the conical and not cylindrical tubes. Plese confirm.
A : Yes, acqua Splicer ad ar symmetrical 6 '' 4°20

Q: Regarding the used Murata Rewinder 7R2 from 1990 5 revolvers of 24 positions each please answer the following questions:
A :  - What's the diameter of each position in the revolver? 60 mm
- Is the knot 100% automatic or do we have to do something manually? 100%
- Is it possible to work with single and double yarn or just single? Both
- What's the range of metric yarn we can work with? 7/2 – 15/2 metric
