More detailsYou can find used Warper (Sample and others) on Wotol
Sample warpers are used to produce short warps of few tens of meters to few hundreds.
They are composed of a big drum of 7 to 10 meters circumference and one or 2 accumulators creels (Fix creel or/and rotary creel).
There are 2 main manufacturers of sample warpers: Suzuki from Japan and Karl Mayer from Germany.
- What is maximum lenght of warp I can produce with a Suzuki NAS300 sample warper?
- It depends on the yarn you are using. If you are making a warp with big yarn you will not be able to produce the same lenght as you can do with thin yarn count.
The maximum you can do with a thin yarn will be couple of hundred meters.
