Recent Modification
New Windows software (Smartform) installed on a brand new computer.
Including rolling cart.
Extended oven, 2' deeper at the back to improve heating control.
Added 6 zones on top and 6 at the bottom.
This machine now has 28 zones on top and 28 at the pbottom for a total of 56 zones
162 ceramic heaters for bottom oven.

New electrical/electronic panel designed by ZMD was added to the machine
for the extra 12 zones
Upgraded bottom heaters from glass to ceramic.
Top heaters are glass panel
Enclosed oven to improve heating control (heat shield)

Extras
New removable on demand conveyor system was added to this machine
to be able to bring other type of mould in and out of the oven
with an automated door system. This conveyor is controlled
by vaariable DC motor control.
Can easily switch from regular thermoforming to conveyor style quickly.
