General Info: Automatic capsule liquid-filling machine is
designed for liquid products to be filled
with hard shell capsule filling machines.
Empty capsules are loaded into the capsule hopper
where they are fed into the magazine.
Capsules initially enter the magazine un-oriented.
From the magazine, the capsules enter the sorting block
where they are properly oriented (smaller end on the bottom).
The capsules are then separated by vacuum.
After inspection station, capsule body is filled
with liquid product, any cavities on segments
with capsule body missing will not be filled
with product to prevent liquid pollution and product wasting.
Then non-separated capsules are rejected on rejection station
and capsules will be closed before discharging.
A liquid capsule banding machine is attached
for sealing to prevent leakage.
