Wichelmann Device for cutting Cordon Bleu cutlets

The device cuts flat slices of poultry or pork.
After cutting, a so-called "pocket" is created into which the material is placed
(by hand) filling. The product is placed on both sides of the conveyor
entry point and introduced into the cutting zone, where it is held
by two conveyors (upper and lower).
