Standard equipment:
Electronic dowel driving depth monitoring
The driving depth of the dowel is indirectly monitored electronically via the end position of the driving cylinder.
If the end position of the driving bolt is not reached during driving,
the machine is stopped and a message is displayed on the operating terminal.
Prerequisites:
- Part must lie cleanly on the zero edge.
- Dowel must correspond to the preset length
Electronic glue monitoring consisting of monitoring the nozzle needle and pressure difference at the glue nozzle.
Advantage:
Ensures the gluing function
The machine is stopped if there is a malfunction in the gluing function
and a message is displayed on the operating terminal.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the quality of the corner strength of the corner connection.
Weinig accepts no liability for compliance with the quality standards of the corner connection

Parapet gluing:
Contactless application of glue dots to the front of the workpiece with a pulse valve.
The dot size can be set by the nozzle opening time and or by means of the glue pressure.
The rows of dots must be transferred from the customer’s computer program.
The first and last dots in the respective horizontal line are described.
The distances between the glue dots are calculated automatically by the control system.
Optionally, a maximum dot distance can be transferred in the data set.
The customer provides the industry software.
The customer is responsible for any necessary adjustments to the industry software.

Counter-hole gluing:
Hand gun for counter-hole gluing including 6.0 m hose line,
with solenoid valve for controlling the amount of glue.
The pulse time can be set on the operating terminal.
The glue gun can also be used in continuous operation.

Swivel boom (3.0 m) to hold the hand gun, including hose guide and spring balancer for ergonomic handling

Interface for online connection to the Conturex:
The control uses the same data set as the Conturex, in that it contains all dowel positions.
When importing the data set into the user interface, all parts are filtered for face dowels and processed in the same production sequence as with the Conturex

Interface for external online connection
The industry software transfers part information such as dimensions and profile.
The dowel positions (X/Y/Z) are also transferred as individual processing.
The industry software is provided by the client.
The client is responsible for any necessary adjustments to the industry software.
