Working cap. 9-1/16" x 4-3/4".
Head sequence: Bottom 10 HP, right 15 HP, left 15 HP, top 25 HP, bottom 20 HP and universal 10 HP motor - all motors with electronic brakes.
WEINIG Touch-Screen "Power Com" software system features: Profile drawing storage, profile dimensions, tool changes, and production optimization.
Electronic LED readouts for all tool holder settings, including chip-breakers & pressure elements.
Spindle configuration
Spindle #1: 1-13/16" With cutter-head speed of 8,000 RPM
Power-Lock tool holders: #2 - #5 With cutter-head speed of 12,000 RPM and tool holder #6: variable speed 4,000 - 12,000 RPM.
Adjustment of vertical tools 2-3/16" axially.
Motorized tool positioning radial & axial on tool holders #2 - #5; motorized feed beam adjustment
with independent adjustment of top head; top head with independent adjustment of chip-breaker & pressure element.
Variable feed speed from 20 - 120 FPM, 10 HP inverter controlled Cardan feed drive, overhead feed wheels with pneumatic pressure.
Vertical tools with: Adjustable table plates to cutting circles, hardened infeed bed plates before & after 1st bottom head.

Equipped with:
