Thermoforming machine for plastics
Villa brand (now CMS)
Useful volume: 1520x1200x600mm
Maximum plate thickness: 10mm
Lower and upper heating plates with ceramic resistors,
all functional (+ some spare resistors).
Driven by pneumatic cylinders.
The main distribution solenoid valves are new.

Improved control system with:
- replacement of the archaic central unit with
a more recent, very compact, much faster model
- replacement of the old, very small cathode ray tube
(and trackball mouse) with a large touch screen,
greatly improving ergonomics

All that remains is to plan a clean integration to replace the old,
very bulky control panel (see photo)
Some small work to be done to make it impeccable.
Heavy and bulky machine: plan for removal by crane truck.
