This is a late model Hi-Coater which features all stainless steel
main coating pan and machine cabinet.
The unit features free standing control panel with AB PanelView 1000 TouchScreen HMI,
featuring controls for air handling, pan and spray system;
and secondary remote mount control panel.
Also features pan mounted mist-checker and temperature gauges.
(2) Vector spray guns with adjustable atomizing and pattern air.
System previously used with solvents such as MEC1/MEOH, acetone,
ethanol and also used with aqueous solutions.
Standard Vector free-standing solution cart with 2 head Vector spray pump.
Electrical specs: 1/2 HP, 230-460V, 3 Phase, 60Hz.
Batch size = approximately 60 lbs/28 kg. Brim volume = 30 liters.
