Purchased used by the current user but started in 2006 after full renovation and upgarding. Originally it is from the 70's but it has been continuously updated.
This line is having a two step process which is very good in order to have better textil-physical parameters than the competition, especially regarding the elongation, the shrinkage and the tenacity !!! … ans such a two step process is of course also more efficient and flexible becaus in case there is a problem in the line only one step has to stop and the other step can still continue.
All parts which they bought used in 2003 were reworked until 2006 when they started this line.
Additionally many new components and even full steps / areas of the line were integrated up to 2006.
Since 2006 again many new investments have been undertaking - new parts, new areas – only the last couple of years big new engines were integrated and the baling press was totally reworked !

Additional information from customer questions:
Q: Is it possible to produce cotton type fibers with pet flakes?
A: Yes Possible to work 100 % with PET bottle flakes – actuelly we did some special improvements in order to work with 100 % PET bottle flakes and even – depending on the quality we were able to blend some other grinded material, e.g. out of film / foil etc … !!!
Q: Is it possible to produce hollow fibers?
A:To produce hollow fiber should work, however we do not have the respective spinnerets for this and therefore we do not have any experience in this respect.
Q: Whate is Production of denier range
A: Considering the denier, we were producing between 3 den and 25 den – the finer deniers we were just starting to produce – the first tests were showing a 1,7 denier but we then had to stop the tests as we were closing down the line. The topic of finer deniers is also depending of the textil-physical parameters.
