Strip cutter, slicer, frozen meat cutter,
rated for infeed of firm products up to 4″ (101.6mm) in any dimension.
A three-dimensional cutter rated for cuts
(with appropriate change parts).
Slice knife cuts to 1/2″ (12.7mm).
Circular knife cuts: 1/8″ to 2″ (3.2 to 50.8mm).
Crosscut knife cuts: 1/8″ to 3″ (3.2 to 76.2mm).
Many sizes and shapes of cut product can be produced
by using some or all of the spindles
and adjusting the slice thickness.
Slices can be produced by removing the circular
and crosscut knife spindles.
Strip cuts can be made by removing the crosscut knife spindle,
whence the length of the strips will depend
on the size of the original product.
Note re cutting cubes / dices with all three spindles:
This machine makes all three cuts on the cube separately,
so the product is not crushed as it would be
on certain other types of dicing machinery.
Manufacturer literature rates the throughput capacity
of this machine at 2,500 to 5,000 pounds per hour
depending on cut size and product being processed. Food grade stainless steel USDA sanitary construction.
