Unifiller 1000, SINGLE PISTON VOLUMETRIC FILLER / DEPOSITOR

Pneumatically operated food grade stainless steel single piston
filling machine for filling containers or use as an ingredient depositor
for adding sauces or other liquid food ingredients to other food products.
Fills viscous liquids such as sauces, creams, pastes,
and oils, including products with particulates such as salsa.

FEATURES:
37 inch long by 26 inch wide by 18 inch deep sloped infeed hopper.
Pneumatically powered piston, in a 6 inch diameter by 10 inch long cylinder,
crank adjustable for up to 100 ounces nominal fill per stroke.
3 inch diameter threaded inlet / outlet with pneumatic cut-off valve.
Equipped with a remote foot switch for semi-automatic operation.
Food grade sanitary stainless steel construction,
including tubular stainless steel frame, with threaded rod height-adjustable foot pads.
Requires compressed air input for operation.
