Ultimizers Lateral Infeed for Optimizing Saw

Take away roll case and 90 degree feeder using a chain driven heavy duty roll case to take lumber from one
Machine and a set of sweep chains to side transfer the lumber to the first staging station still on the roll case,
and then again to the 90 degree chain deck feeder
Then there will be a two bottom driven pinch roll feeders to feed linearly into another Machine
The design is for a maximum of 12' lumber
The control plan for this machine will be to take the lumber from the takeaway conveyor of a machine onto roll case.
As soon as we see the end of the board out of the conveyor pinch roll, we will sweep one position
This will allow for any length of lumber, short or long to feed close together without crashing into the sweeps
Once the first sweep has been made, the board will continue on to the far side even end where it will be ready for the next sweep to send it onto the chains.
The boards will then travel laterally to the feed fence to be pinch roll fed into second Machine
The feed system into the first machine will need to be able to start and stop feed as needed by the second machine
Ultimizers will provide this permissive signal
