9 Zone barrel, dual shaft screen changer with
hydraulic power pack, gear pump and multi layer feed block
* Kentya 65 mm 33D with AC. Inverter motor through
small gear pump, fan cool barrel into feed block,
*1100mm wide flex lip sheet Die
* 1100 mm wide horizontal roll stack with
500 mm diameter rolls individually, driven with
AC servo motors, 3 kW each Hydraulic closing motor retract
*1100mm haul off with winder accumulator
*1000mm wide with servo controlled winder,
dual station was running 500 kg an hour of PET.
