Trine 6500, Labeler Glue Wrap

Stainless steel, roll fed, wrap around,
hot melt glue labeler designed to apply a full or partial wrap
as well as spot labels to containers,
rated from 50 to 250 containers per minute –
depending on materials and application.
Container size range: 3-3/4" to 6" in diameter,
Label size range: 9.5" to 19" in Length.
Capable of running glass, plastic and metal,
full or empty containers with proper change parts
and the stainless steel construction is good for both wet or dry applications.
Equipped with dual 24" OD vertical film roll stand,
worm screw to star wheel in feed,
rotary (12) pocket container handling disc with 3-1/4" wide thru
the machine plastic delron container belt conveyor,
has 1 station on vacuum drum, FIFE web tracker,
peeler plate, label cutting and transfer systems,
vacuum drum with hot melt glue unit and compression belt section.
Control panel has PLC controller,
with on / off label feed and off / auto apply glue,
flow gate open / close, machine and dancer speed
and temperature controllers, with start and e-stop push buttons.
Mounted on heavy duty base frame with flip-up safety door guarding.
