This machine is rigid, made of stainless steel material designed for industrial use. It will be carefully adjusted to process your product by extensive testing.

Function:
The film is being drawn off, cut into multiple lanes and pulled over the filling tubes by movement of the horizontal sealing bars. By using the forming tubes / shoulders, the film in each lane is being formed to a tube shape. Format bars at the filling tube are forming the fin seal, which is sealed by the attached longitudinal sealing bar. The intermittent nature of the sealing jaws allows for seal times to be adjusted giving optimum seal integrity. A cross cutting device separates the filled tube into single sticks, which each contain the exact quantity of product, which has been dosed by the volumetric dosing device. The sticks are discharged from the machine by a chute for further processing.
