FEATURES:
20 inch wide by 18 foot long main / middle level infeed / inspection belt.
12 inch wide by 18 foot long good product takeaway belt on top.
14 inch wide by 12 foot long waste takeaway belt beneath.
Last used as an eight-person trim line with 4 UHMW plastic trim-stations on each side, but has room for up to six workstations on each side for use as a twelve-workstation 12 person sorting and grading conveyor.
Each work-station is equipped with a 2 inch diameter lettuce / cabbage coring knife with trough-access down to the waste belt.
The main / middle belt has a dam at the end, so each item of product must be inspected and/or trimmed and placed on either one of the takeaway conveyors.
All sanitary stainless steel construction with white rubberized food grade conveyor belts.
Individual fixed speed drive for each of the three (3) belt conveyors.
208/230/460 volt 3 phase electrical input.
Includes two (2) 30 inch wide by 12 foot long stainless steel operator catwalk / raised platforms with fiberglass decking.
