Vegetable Peeler, carrots, cucumber, Salsifies, and other elongated vegetables. The peeler is capable of running 3600 to 4000 pieces per hour with 10 - 20% peel loss, range of 20 - 65mm diameter x upto 100 mm long The V-blet conveyor feeds the machine from the ELV8 Indexing conveyor. After the peeler is the TTP which cuts top and tail and will cut in pieces. (Standard cuts are 25, 50, 75 or 100 mm length) At the rate of up to 4500 pieces per hour. Product diameter range is 20 - 65mm x up to 400 mm long.
