Consisting of:
Mixing Conveyor Feed Table, 1.9M x 11M Bale Breaker/Opener, 2M.
Fiber Transport Fan.
Hopper Feeder with condenser, 1.6M Carding Willow (Fearnaught), 1.6M.
(2) Fine Openers, 1.2M.
(3) Mixmaster Blending Bins, 4M x 15M
(1) Bin Emptier, 4M x 3.5M high. Pneumatic Transport System,
(5) fans, ductwork, automatic switch valves.
Automatic In-line Oiling System.
LUMMUS Double Box Baler, 1.35 x .68 x 1.28M bale size.
PLC Control Panel.

This line set up for finer blends and designed for mainly handling virgin fibers in different qualities
(we used to blend first quality with substandard) and various color content in the mixture
(we ran mixtures with up to 6 different colors in the same blend for automotive carpet).
Blending Bins can hold up to 5 tons of fiber.
Equipment is designed to run practically any fiber length and denier.
We used to process from cotton shoddy blends (with fiber lengths as short as 20 to 25 mm)
up to synthetic fibers (polyesters, polypropylenes, nylons, rayons)
with 3 to 30 denier and lengths from 25 mm (1") up to 150 mm (6").
Each line can run up to 2,500 kilos per hour.
Depending on the processes of blending and quality of mixture desired.
