This variable capacity turbine makes it possible to produce
4 to 10 liters of ice cream or sorbet per cycle of 8 to 12 minutes,
i.e. a production of approximately 50 liters per hour
with an average expansion of 40%.
Waterproof control panel with digital display and flush buttons,
ice temperature adjustment to the nearest degree
with automatic maintenance,
2 extraction speeds: slow for filling the pots or for decorations
and fast for filling the bins, insulating stainless steel door
coupled with a safety stop when opening,
stainless steel blades with removable scrapers,
removable and adjustable stainless steel bin support with non-slip mat.
Operates at 400V three-phase
(tetrapolar 3 Phases + Neutral + Earth),
water cooling, refrigeration circuit using the latest fluid in force
with low environmental impact: R452 A, weight 200 kg on casters,
2 of which have brakes.
