This professional and modern automated plate oven takes care of higher production rate and consistent quality of offset- or flexo printing plates in combination with all CTP configurations.
The plates are hardened by high temperature in this nice set of machinery and result in higher production numbers and also in higher quality of the treated printing plates.
Also the plates are less influenced by environmental circumstances (local humidity and temperature) inside the printshop.
The oven is designed to deliver very uniform heating of the plates and thereby ensure consistently high processing quality.
The humidity, fumes and heat are taken away by an exhaust system (up to 350 m3/hr).
Settings can be made for programming the temperature and the speed of the conveyor belts for all brands of printing plates in combination with the online CTP configuration.
The printing plates arrive hardened and ready for further on- or offline processing on the delivery conveyor belt.

Remote digital panel operation and controls for settings of temperature up to 180' Celcius, speed of the transport conveyor, timing etc.
Automatic start of the machine when the plate passes a sensor on the feeder conveyor belt and the complete process is further sensor controlled.
Conveyor feeder- and delivery belt, for online installation between the CTP and the processor or washer.
The machine can be used manually and offline.
