-Shear head mounted on adjustable slide base adjusted through precision
jack screws via AC gear motor to handle door lengths from 72" - 96.50".
-Shear mounting includes squaring adjustment to allow cuts to be taken
out of perpendicular to the line's center axis. This provides for slight
compensation to be made to attain even diagonal measurements on
panels produced from cambered material.
-Two (2) hardened roller type entry guide assembly is mounted on shear
and includes a +/- 1/2" lateral micro-adjustment with center indicating
position pointer. This single point adjustment allows for slight off-center
positioning of the incoming strip. It would be utilized in conjunction with
the feeder's entry guide to attain registry of cambered material within the
press dies.
-Guides are adjusted relative to centerline through left and right hand
acme screw arrangement with a hand wheel.
-Interleaving powered belt conveyor sections.
