Wide x 3" Deep center drain trough, with filting screens.
Full hot water, low pressure jacketed, has a 1 Hp motor drive
for hi / low speed control of product travel,
and 3 Hp drive for hi and low product mixing,
with (4) rake style product agitator with heavy duty stainless steel frame.
Used for either salting and draining of whey, or salting draining and matting of whey.
