Universal Vertical cutter/melter/cooker with vacuum system,
the main product bowl is double jacketed for cooling or heating
and has 4 built in ports for injecting steam directly into the bowl.
Vacuum connection, overpressure and deaeration valve.
PT-100 sensor in the bowl.
The main lid has 1 clamps pneumatic tightening clamp.
2 agitators: 1 scraper agitator (29rpm), 1,1kw
and 1 mixer / homogenize knife 300-3000 rpm, 30kW.
Power 400 Volt - total connection 35 kW, 60A .
Pressure in bowl vacuum up to +1,5 bar overpressure.
Included Controls with Siemens HMI and freq converter,
vacuum pump Rietschle 2,4kw, Flowtransmitter for water adding,
E&H Promag 50 and spare parts including knives,
seal and a spare vacuum pump, documentation and program excluding steam filter.
Line also includes a Pierre Guerin 1,1 kW centrifugal pump
and a PCM 1,5 kW excentric worm pump on SS frame with SS cover.
