AUTOMATIC FLEXIBLE LINE (CLOSED-RING) of SIZING and EDGE BANDING (also “SOFTFORMING”) with automatic handling.

Composed by the following machines:
A) Automatic LOADER (portal / gantry) Mod. CAR MS DB 2000
with on-ground motorized rollers-way (pre-loading)
with infeed-table with motorized rubbered conveyor belts
B) Infeeding system (to accurately infeed panels to the edge bander)

C) Sizing and Edge Banding machine (Double-side in Sizing and Single-side in edge banding)

SIZING AREA (DOUBLE):
Double scoring unit (1 top + 1 bottom) adjust by CN, Vertical Milling unit, Double hogging unit (1 top + 1 bottom), 2 Vertical Milling units

EDGE BANDING AREA (SINGLE):
Glueing Unit (EVA glue with pre-melter, 6-reels for tape coils + 1 veneer strips infeeder,
pressure zone adjust by CN for both STRAIGHT and SOFTFORMING

Adjust by CN movable basements (working line) for all the banding units, such as:
End-Trimming units
Overlapped Trimming Units
Fine-trimming units (double-position)
Corner-rounding units C1+C2 (4 motors) with double-position
2 Grooving Units
Profile Scraping unit
Glue Scaping unit
Buffing Unit
Air Heater

D) Automatic UNLOADER-STACKER (portal / gantry) Mod. CAR MS DB 2000 (with rotating unit to
also turn the panels at 180°) with outfeed-table with motorized rubbered conveyor belts
E) Motorized conveyor (rubbered carpet) to return the panels to the operator
