Stacker by ELECTRONORD O.E Linen sheet stacker

Short description:

We undertake the design and manufacture of sheet stacking machine. The belts of your folding machine are connected to the stacker and it performs the final folding of the sheet as well as stacking on the conveyor.

The construction has:

INTEROLL cylindrical motor for moving the stacks in the stacking aisle.
It has 3 air pistons: One for rotating the gripper system, one for opening/closing the gripper and one for "creasing" the sheet in half by the arm-comb, so that the gripper can pick it up.

Automation system with PLC:

PLC 4 outputs and 6 inputs.
Sensors (1) to detect the passage of the sheet and measure its length, (1) sensor to activate the comb-arm when the sheet will be in the middle of the comb-arm and finally (2) for the state of the big bottle air.
Solenoid valves for controlling air bottles.
Emergency stop
Ability to mount a screen to count the sheets and change the stack count.
