SP2000, Automatic Gear Filling Machine

A high performance liquid filling machine.
Configured as an automatic twin head filling machine.
This machine utilises two servo driven machine in tandem coupled
with conveyor and gating system to produce a highly versatile
twin head automatic liquid filler.
This machine has been run on food products
and is in excellent running condition.

Quick and easy to change over between different products,
together with the speed and accuracy of the gear filling pumps
this machine is ideal for contract filling
or for a dedicated production run.

This configuration is equally at home running small fill levels
below 100ml up to and beyond 5000ml
with the fillers delivering up to 350ml/second from each head.
